Josh Hogge currently serves as the Municipal and Industrial Water Department Manager at Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, a position held since November 2020, following a role as Staff Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at Jub Engineers from May 2016 to November 2020. Earlier in the career, Josh Hogge was a Graduate Research Assistant at Utah Water Research Laboratory, contributing to the enhancement of hydraulic structures and data collection for engineering firms. Education includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Utah State University, completed between 2008 and 2016.
