Tom Parry is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. As the Founder and Owner of Banian Growth, Tom oversees brands such as Bottle Caddy and Fanzy Petz, which have been established since August 2019. Tom's career also includes a long tenure at Weber Associates, where Tom serves as Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer since February 2009. Previously, Tom held the position of CEO at Watershed Ventures from October 2003 to February 2009 and spent 17 years at Accenture, rising from Staff to Partner. Tom Parry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science from Denison University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
