Lauren Erera has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as Principal at Weber Associates since February 2000. In this role, Lauren aims to assist Fortune 500 clients in optimizing returns on their business interactions. Prior to this position, Lauren held the title of Public Relations Director at Special Olympics Virginia from May 1996 to February 2000, contributing to the organization's mission of providing athletic opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Richmond and participated in a study abroad program in French Language and Literature at La Rochelle Université.
