Zafer Akyel is a seasoned professional in solution engineering and customer experience consulting with extensive experience in the technology and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering EMEA at WebEngage since April 2023, Zafer previously held various influential roles at Oracle, including CX Consulting Technical Manager EMEA, where leadership was provided on large-scale project rollouts across the EMEA region. Zafer's career also includes significant positions at Related Digital, Emarsys, Revotas, Metglobal, and SoftTech A.Ş, demonstrating expertise in technical client services, presales marketing consultancy, and software development. Zafer holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Sabanci University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from Cyprus International University.
