Vanessa Brotherns, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Talent Acquisition Manager at Webcor since November 2021. Prior experience includes a similar role at PCL Construction from October 2008 to November 2021, along with positions in Labor Relations/HRPD and District HR/PD Advisor. Earlier in career, Vanessa worked as Industrial Branch Manager at Work Force Staffing from April 2001 to October 2008 and as Placement Coordinator at tempSERV from November 1999 to April 2001. Vanessa is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California, expected to complete in July 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix Jersey City Campus (2013-2017) and a Managing Human Resources Certificate from California State University, Bakersfield.
