Sarmad Khalaf is a Senior Project Manager at Webcor since July 2015, overseeing Webcor Carpentry Estimating and Operations in the Los Angeles region and managing high-profile projects such as the Four Seasons Private Residence at 706 Mission in San Francisco. Previous roles include Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, focusing on various scopes of work at the Moscone Center. Sarmad's career began as a Project Engineer at MAN ENTERPRISE, managing the Sky Gate Tower project, and an intern at Dar Al Handasah. Academically, Sarmad holds a Master of Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
