Kim Chen's work experience includes a role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Webcertain, starting in March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for planning, executing, and managing international digital marketing campaigns for the B2B Technology & Manufacturing sectors. This included creating SEO-optimized content, planning and managing international PPC campaigns, and tracking and analyzing important metrics.

Prior to this, Kim worked as an International Education Consultant at The University of Hong Kong from September 2015 to February 2019. In this role, they provided educational consulting and support for the recruitment of prospective Masters and Doctorate level international students. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing outreach strategies, providing student advising and assistance during the admissions process, and supporting enrollment objectives in key markets.

Kim Chen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Northeastern University. This education took place from 2008 to 2014.
