Helen Harding began their work experience in 1987 as an Audit Manager at EY. Helen then moved on to Chemrite chemicals (Pty) LTD as a Financial Controller from 1992 to 1994, followed by a role as Financial Manager at Chemetall from 1994 to 1995. Helen then joined South African Breweries as the Head of strategic projects in the Finance department from 1995 to 2001. Helen then became the CFO for AME at Millward Brown from 2001 until 2013. Currently, they are the CFO of Webber Wentzel since 2013. In this role, they provide strategic financial leadership and is responsible for directing the firm's financial management policies and procedures. Helen works closely with senior management to achieve the firm's financial objectives.
Helen Harding completed their high school education at St. Teresa's Convent from 1971 to 1984. Helen then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of the Witwatersrand from 1985 to 1989. Later, they continued their education at the same university and obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from 1990 to 1991. After completing their education, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from SAICA CA(SA) in June 1992.
