Shafat Ahmad has held three managerial roles in the past decade. From 2011 to present, they have been the Manager at Webaroo. Prior to that, they were the Channel Sales Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd from 2009 to 2011. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Territory Sales Manager at Reliance Communications.

Shafat Ahmad has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
