Thays Said Teixeira is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for Startup Success at Web Summit since February 2023, with a background in various roles at the company, including Acting Team Lead and Senior Startup Success Associate. Prior to Web Summit, Thays held multiple positions at Uber from June 2018 to July 2022, including Enterprise Account Manager and National Account Manager for Uber Eats, where strategic management of national retail brands and restaurants was a focus. Thays began a career in sales and marketing with previous roles at Stone, B2, Pernod Ricard, and agencies such as TV Pixel ESPM and Agência Arenas ESPM. Thays is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Marketing Intelligence at NOVA IMS and holds degrees in Digital Media Management and Advertising and Marketing, along with additional certifications in Data Analysis and Entrepreneurship.
