Ray Wan is an undergraduate researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on vLLM, a high-throughput and memory-efficient inference and serving engine for large language models at Sky Lab since January 2024. As a fullstack developer at Web Development at Berkeley since September 2022, Ray has contributed to projects such as Payload and Spoak. Additionally, Ray held a software engineer intern position at ASUS from May to August 2023. Ray is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, expected to graduate in May 2025, having previously earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma at Kaohsiung American School and attended Morrison Academy Kaohsiung.
