Neil MacCormack is an accomplished professional in workforce management with extensive experience in forecasting and scheduling. Currently serving as Manager of Workforce Management at Web.com since March 2013, Neil previously held roles at Research In Motion from May 2006 to November 2012, including Team Lead for Forecasting and Scheduling, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling models and work-life balance, as well as roles as a Forecasting Specialist and Intraday Specialist focusing on capacity planning and real-time resource allocation. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Forecaster/Capacity Planner at Aditya Birla Minacs from 2001 to 2006, generating call volume forecasts and providing analytical guidance. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cape Breton University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
