Joe DeMattio has over 13 years of experience in benefits administration and technology solutions for fortune 500 companies. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of Data Integration at Web Benefits Design, where they are responsible for managing data connections, standardization, risk mitigation, and overall connectivity project management for WBD clients. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Aon Hewitt in various positions including Benefits Implementation Manager, Lead Systems Analyst, and Systems Analyst.

Joe DeMattio attended the UCF College of Business from 1998 until 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Management Information Systems, General.
