Vitus Macwan has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Vitus started their career at McDonald's Australia Limited in 2002 as a Shift Assistant Manager and eventually became a full-time Assistant Manager, leading the store to become the top sales performer in the state of NSW, Australia. In 2007, they joined Azure Knowledge Corporation as a Quality Manager before moving on to Tommy Hilfiger, where they managed stores in two major cities and received recognition as the best store in the entire West Zone of India for three consecutive years. In 2012, Vitus joined the Mahindra Group as a Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 13 and handling stock management and daily activity reports. Vitus then transitioned to Levi Strauss & Co. and served as a Store Manager from October 2015 to May 2016. Subsequently, they worked as a Store Manager at Benetton Group from May 2016 to February 2017. Most recently, they established their own company, Absolute Manpower Solutions, in April 2018, where they hold the position of Proprietor. Prior to this, they were also the Head of Sales and Marketing at Web And App Creations from March 2013.

Vitus Macwan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Systems from Charles Sturt University during the period of 2002 to 2003. Before that, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology focused on Systems Administration at Martin College.
