Jeff Johnson is an experienced Executive Director with a strong background in strategic organizational transitions. Since March 2000, Jeff has led Weaver Industries through a significant shift from a hybrid/public to a private non-profit operational model, enhancing organizational structure and systemic accountability. Additionally, Jeff pioneered the transition to an organization-wide social enterprise model, refining business division goals and mission priorities. Prior to this role, Jeff served as Executive Director at Windfall Industries, Inc. from 1995 to 2000. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ashland University, completed between 1999 and 2001, a Leadership Medina County certificate from the Class of 2000, and a BA in Psychology from The University of Akron, obtained from 1986 to 1993.
