Rebecca Elmer possesses extensive experience in advocacy, sales, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Sexual Assault Response Team Advocate at WEAVE, Inc. since May 2019, Rebecca previously held the position of Business & Sales Manager at Women's Empowerment, where a significant product redesign led to a 500% sales increase and a substantial expansion of training opportunities for women experiencing homelessness. Prior experience includes roles as an Inside Sales Representative at Wurth Electronics Midcom, where Rebecca achieved top sales recognition and collaborated with a specialized sales team, and as a Teen Program Coordinator at La Casa de las Madres, providing vital services to teens facing dating violence. Rebecca's earlier positions include administrative support with the Sonoma Police Department and domestic violence advocacy at the YWCA of Sonoma County. Educationally, Rebecca holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Women’s Studies from California State University, Chico, and has attended Arizona State University.
