Gina Goforth is an experienced educator with a diverse background in special education and general teaching roles. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Weatherford ISD since July 2022, Gina has previously held positions such as RTI/Dyslexia Support at Bluffdale Elementary School and High School Biology Teacher at Cleburne High School. Gina's experience encompasses co-teaching and resource classes at Godley Intermediate School, as well as teaching 4th and 5th-grade reading and history at Zephyr ISD. Starting as a substitute teacher in Brownwood ISD, Gina also worked as an Inclusion Aide, supporting special education students in mainstream classrooms. With a Bachelor's degree in Home & Consumer Economics with a concentration in Child Development from Freed-Hardeman University and a Texas Teachers Alternative Certification, Gina is certified to teach across multiple educational levels.
