Kaitlin Parker

Chief Digital Officer (cdo) at Pact

Kaitlin Parker began their career in 2008 as a Student Researcher at Union College. Kaitlin then moved to the University of Queensland in 2009 and continued their work as a Student Researcher. In 2010, Kaitlin was a Union College Research Fellow. In 2011, they were a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, where they prepared and analyzed lacustrine sediment in the Core Lab. In 2012, Kaitlin joined CB&I as a Scientist II, where they analyzed GIS data and completed mapping projects using Adobe Creative Suite and aerial data. In 2016, they became the Marketing Manager at Elizabeth Craft Designs, where they managed a $2M direct-to-consumer e-commerce business. In 2017, Kaitlin joined Two Octobers as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they successfully managed greater than $2.1M in annual advertising and marketing budgets. In 2019, they joined Pact as VP of Digital Marketing, Director of CRM, and Digital Marketing Manager.

Kaitlin Parker has a Bachelor of Science from Union College in Geology, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Kaitlin then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) from the University of Pittsburgh in Geology/Earth Science, General from 2011 to 2012. In 2017, they obtained certifications from Microsoft, Google, and Hubspot Academy. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, which they began in 2019.
