Melissa Barreto has a diverse work experience. Melissa began their career in 2000 as a bartender at Brian's 24. In 2018, they joined AxleHire as a Transport Planner and later became a Transportation Planner for the Southwest. In 2022, they joined WARP as the National Manager of Local Capacity, National Dispatch Manager, and West Coast Dispatch.

Melissa Barreto holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
