Sandra Valentin, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at PDI since December 2012, after previously holding the position of Director of Human Resources. Prior to PDI, Sandra worked at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. from May 2004 to December 2012 as Sr. Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and training. Earlier roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Nature Publishing Group, handling benefit and payroll administration from July 2000 to May 2004, and as a Recruiter/Benefits Coordinator at New York Hospital Queens from July 1997 to July 2000. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations & Human Resource Management from the City University of New York-Baruch College, earned between 1999 and 2002.
