Sabryna Porter is an accomplished professional in youth engagement and community support, currently serving as Youth Engagement Manager at the NCS - National Citizen Service Trust since March 2023, where responsibilities include the design and evaluation of the Youth Voice strategy. Prior to this role, Sabryna was the Participation Lead for The Children's Society, coordinating consultations with over 200 participants. Experience with Catch22 as Mentor Coordinator involved developing volunteer programs and fostering relationships with young people and families. Additional roles include leading volunteer services at The Donna Louise hospice, strategic youth initiatives at Rialto Youth Project, and providing support for children in residential care with the Children and Family Services of the Health Service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Youth and Community Work from Maynooth University and a Higher National Diploma in Social Care from Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
