Jude Trenier serves as the People & Culture Development Lead at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, overseeing Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Well-being initiatives and Learning & Development strategies. Since 2021, Jude has also been a Board Trustee for Mind, where responsibilities include acting as Interim Chair of the People & Culture Committee. Jude has extensive experience as a speaker, trainer, writer, and HR consultant, specializing in EDI and L&D, with a background in managing people development in various organizations, including the National Connexional Team and XLP. Jude's educational background includes a BA Hons in Community & Youth Studies from Lancaster University and additional studies in Pastoral Ethics and Theological Thought from Regent College, Vancouver.
