Jordan Roye has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Reward Lead at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust since September 2021. Prior to this, Jordan held multiple roles at Your World Recruitment Group from July 2014 to September 2021, including Business Manager and Specialist Recruitment Consultant, focusing on healthcare professional placements in Australia and the U.K. Earlier career experience includes operations management at Phoenix Specialist Cleaning Ltd, and an IT work experience position at Dennis Publishing. Jordan graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Information Technology from London South Bank University in 2014, and holds 12 GCSEs from The Charter School.
