Karen Jones has over 30 years of experience in the marketing industry. Karen started their career at Barton Cotton in 1990 as VP of Sales & Marketing, where they worked until 2008. Following this, they founded Full Circle Staging & Design, Inc. in 2008 and served as the Owner until 2010. From 2010 onwards, Karen held various leadership roles at Moore, including Vice President of Client Services and Senior Vice President of the Edge Direct Division.

Karen Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Business, Marketing, and Economics, from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1986.
