Malcolm Leach has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Malcolm started their career at Virgin Media as an I.T. Consultant, where they played a crucial role in saving a multimillion-dollar project. Malcolm implemented a build process, automated deployment, and quality assurance, significantly improving efficiency and preventing the project from being canceled.

Malcolm then moved to Latitude as the Head of Information Technology, where they successfully fixed and expanded the IT team. Malcolm modernized the infrastructure and made it resilient, enabling the company's Cobra paid media management platform to handle a substantial workload. Malcolm also took on responsibilities such as budgeting, contract negotiation, and team mentoring.

After Latitude, Malcolm joined MAD Productions as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to iCrossing UK as the Chief Technology Officer. At iCrossing UK, they recruited and led a product team that developed a cloud-based website analysis and monitoring system, attracting interest from Apple. Additionally, they managed client project teams and successfully delivered technology solutions for various clients, including O2, Sainsburys, M&S, and NCP.
