Michael Wagstaff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, particularly within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. Since March 2001, Michael has served as Global Client Director at AMS, overseeing services for a diverse portfolio of clients. Previous roles include Global Head of Client Services for major companies such as BAE Systems, Sanofi, Novartis, and GE, where responsibilities spanned the management of RPO services across multiple countries and the deployment of innovative talent acquisition models. Michael's earlier career includes positions at Vodafone, Zurich Financial Services, and other firms, complemented by educational qualifications in Instrumentation Engineering and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dundee and University of Southampton, respectively.
