James Ramsden has over two decades of experience in client services and recruitment management. Currently serving as Client Operations Director at AMS since September 2004, James leads an Integrated Permanent and Contingent Workforce Solution for Barclays Bank across the UK and Channel Islands. Previous roles include Project Manager - Implementation & Transformation, Resourcing Operations and Project Lead for Origin Energy in Australia, Principal Client Services Manager for Vodafone, and several positions at Cable & Wireless and Ace Aviation. James began a career in human resources as an HR Advisor at Sun Life Financial of Canada (UK), holding a BSc in Sports Science from De Montfort University.
