Erickson Opelinia is an accomplished recruitment and human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Team Lead Recruitment at AMS since May 2021, Erickson provides strategic talent acquisition advice and manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Previously, as Regional People & Operations Manager at Galaxy Racer, Erickson oversaw operations across multiple Southeast Asian territories and contributed to the development of a comprehensive People & Operations Manual. Prior roles include Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager at Inspiro, Human Resources Manager at Bliimo Technologies Inc, and U.S. Senior Recruiter II at PSG Global Solutions. Erickson holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and a degree from Our Lady of Fatima University.
