Andrea Christiansen has extensive experience in recruitment and operations, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at AMS since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Senior Recruiter at ADP from March 2006 to June 2022, where involvement in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) showcased a commitment to innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies. Earlier career experiences include serving as Operations Director at The Arts Partnership from November 2002 to March 2006 and as a Private Banking Officer at Sky Bank from May 2000 to June 2002. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
