Adam Seibert is a seasoned RPO leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Client Operations at AMS since July 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at PeopleScout from January 2012 to July 2021, including Sr. Director and Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Delivery Operations, where Adam managed substantial teams and client portfolios, executed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for Fortune 100 clients, and oversaw profit and loss management exceeding $10 million annually. Adam's career began at Starbucks, where Adam worked as a Manager of Operations from October 2008 to September 2012. Adam earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from DePaul University in 2009 and graduated from Lane Technical College Prep High School in 2002.
