Tharaneesan Nadarajah is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Wealthsimple since October 2019, Tharaneesan has also held positions as Sr. Product Manager and Product Manager. Prior experience at Capital One from April 2012 to October 2019 included roles as Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and Principal Process Manager. Earlier, Tharaneesan contributed to RBC as a Lean Six Sigma Technical Program Support, supported process improvements through several co-op terms, and gained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additional roles include Material Control Assistant at Maple Stamping, Process Engineering Intern at Polycon Industries, and Production Planner at Noranco Inc. Tharaneesan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
