Rishi Agarwal, CPA, CA, currently serves as VP Controller at Wealthsimple since January 2023. Previously, Rishi held the position of AVP, Controller at League and Director of Controllership, Technology and Operations at BMO Financial Group, where a Controllership function was established for Technology and Operations and Real Estate. Prior experience includes roles at Capital One as Head of Canada Controller's Group, where Rishi oversaw diverse outsourced Global Finance functions, and IFRS Manager at Sears Canada, successfully implementing an IFRS conversion project. Rishi's earlier career includes positions as Contractor at Term Contracts, Senior Consultant at Protiviti, Senior Risk & Internal Controls Specialist at Alliance Atlantis Communications, and Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP.
