Polly D'Arcy is an experienced design professional with a focus on product design, currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Product Design at Wealthsimple since September 2019. Prior roles at Wealthsimple include Director, Senior Product Design Manager, and Senior Product Designer. Polly has also contributed as Operations Lead (Volunteer) for Side by Side Collective from October 2018 to March 2020, supporting a mentorship program for designers in tech. Previous experiences include Senior Designer and Product Designer at Rangle.io, Designer at Publicis Sapient, and Designer at Co-Effect Creative Inc., a creative studio specializing in branding, strategy, and design for social and environmental change-makers. Polly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Concordia University and an Advanced Diploma in UX Design and Development from George Brown College.
