Anne Phan currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Wealthsimple, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Anne Phan worked as Head of Corporate Strategy at Stripe from 2018 to 2019 and as Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at The Walt Disney Company during 2017-2018. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Twitter from 2014 to 2017, Vice President of Corporate Development at Guggenheim Digital Media (2013-2014), and roles in Corporate Development & Strategy at Yahoo (2010-2013) and in Corporate Business Development, Corporate Audit Staff, and the Financial Management Program at GE (2001-2007). Anne Phan holds an MBA and Juris Doctor degrees from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, respectively, earned between 2007 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
