Shoval I. serves as the Training & Product Manager for the "Gsharim" program at Cyber Education Center since January 2022, focusing on scalable digital learning processes aimed at providing middle school youth with technological skills crucial for future employment. As a Course Instructor, Shoval has taught programming and web development to eighth and ninth-grade girls, promoting awareness of technological professions. Additional roles include participation at WE - Women Entrepreneurship and contributions as a Full-stack Developer for Woman2Woman, developing a website for the "Good Energy Initiative." Shoval's prior experience in Israeli Military Intelligence encompassed leadership roles in the Cyber Operations Division and analytical work in intelligence operations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology at Holon Institute of Technology, educational qualifications also include completion of a Web Development course at The Open University of Israel.
