Domonique Townsend, LSSMBB, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of We Optimize Work since June 2019, Domonique focuses on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement to drive performance. Previous roles include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Chromalox, where Domonique supported manufacturing and process initiatives, and Process Improvement Engineer at Lightning Source, where significant financial savings and employee engagement improvements were achieved through a lean excellence program. Earlier experience includes managing production teams at ConAgra Foods and executing quality improvement initiatives as a Junior Industrial Engineer at Electrolux. Domonique holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and has furthered education through programs at prestigious institutions including Dartmouth and Cornell.
