Emma Plumb is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Learning at We Know Training since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team to create effective eLearning courses. Previously, Emma held various roles, including Vice President of eLearning and Instructional Designer at We Know Training, as well as Learning and Development Consultant and Provincial Trainer with the Government of Alberta. Emma's early career included a position as Career Consultant at BGS Enterprises Inc. Emma Plumb holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta.
