Connor Doran is an experienced DevOps Engineer at We Know Training since December 2016, responsible for the maintenance, security, and development of the RapidLMS platform’s infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes cluster on AWS. Prior roles at We Know Training include Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing the software development cycle, testing pull requests, and deploying code in a continuous integration environment, as well as Platform Services Support Specialist, where Connor engaged with clients and led billable projects. Before We Know Training, Connor worked at Intuit as a Senior Service and Support Specialist and in various quality assurance roles, contributing to product development projects and supporting customer service. Early experience includes serving as a Technical Support Representative at Dell. Connor holds a Software Testing Certificate in Quality Assurance from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
