Ayla Fitzgibbon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ayla is currently working at WE Communications Australia as the Head of Technology, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Account Director at the same company from March 2022 to October 2022. Ayla also served as a Mentor at The Warrior Woman Foundation from June 2022 to January 2023, providing support to under-represented vulnerable young Australian women. Ayla previously worked at Red Havas AU as a Senior Account Director and Technology and Business Lead from September 2021 to March 2022, an Account Director from October 2019 to September 2021, a Senior Account Manager from March 2018 to September 2019, and an Account Manager from March 2016 to March 2018. Before that, they worked at Max Australia as an Account Manager from December 2015 to February 2016, and as a Communications Consultant from April 2013 to December 2015, managing communication plans for B2B and B2C technology brands. Additionally, Ayla gained experience as a Waitress/Bartender at The Camden Hotel from May 2010 to June 2014, and as a Communication Intern at the Public Relations Institute of Australia from June 2012 to November 2012. Ayla also had internship roles at WordStorm PR in early 2012 and worked in customer service at Target Australia Pty Ltd from November 2009 to March 2011.

From 2010 to 2013, Ayla Fitzgibbon attended Western Sydney University and completed a Bachelor of Communication degree with a specialization in Public Relations.
