Stef Koutroumanidis has extensive experience in research, insight, and strategy roles. They currently work at We Are Social as a Senior Research & Insight Director, where they focus on driving innovative data and measurement methodologies for clients such as Activision Blizzard, King, Starbucks EMEA, Adidas, Netflix, and Kinder Bueno. They are responsible for constructing complex multi-market measurement frameworks and overseeing audience profiling projects. Prior to this, Stef worked at Fuse as a Senior Strategy Manager, where they powered up strategic data capability and developed standardized reporting and measurement frameworks for sponsorship and partnership clients. They also expanded their remit to include search and paid social insight. Stef's previous experience includes roles at OMD EMEA as a Social & Content Strategist, Deep Focus | LDN @ ENGINE GROUP as a Data Planner, Media Measurement Limited as a Research Analyst, McCann Worldgroup as a Copywriter, Inferno Ltd as an intern in the Execution Department, and McCann Erickson as an intern in Account Management.
Stef Koutroumanidis completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from UCL in 2013. Additionally, in 2011, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer program focused on Decision Making & Management.
