Stefan Kramer currently holds the position of EVP Corporate Development at We Are Era, a role commenced in January 2025. Prior to this, Stefan served as a Board Member at ENEX from January 2023 to January 2025 and held multiple roles at RTL Group from September 2018 to January 2025, including Head of Strategy & Business Development and Strategy Executive. Stefan's earlier experience includes a role in Distribution & Business Development at WarnerMedia from September 2017 to August 2018. Academically, Stefan earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and completed executive education at INSEAD in September 2021. Stefan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
