Sandra Schwugier began their career in 2012 as an Account Management Intern at Zum goldenen Hirschen. Sandra then worked as a Junior Account Manager at Heimat Werbeagentur GmbH from September 2012 to October 2014. In November 2014, they joined Home eat Home as a Brand Manager, where they stayed until November 2015. In May 2016, they started working at BBDO Group Germany as a Trainee Strategic Planning, and later became a Junior Strategist in May 2016. Sandra remained with the company until April 2018. From May to August 2018, they worked as a Strategist at Moccu. In September 2018, they joined la red as a Strategist and stayed until March 2019. Currently, they are working at We Are Era (formerly Divimove) as a Strategist and Brand Consultant, a role they have held since April 2019.

Sandra Schwugier attended Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Medienökonomie. In 2010, they also enrolled in RMIT University to pursue studies in Kommunikation und Mediastudien, but the end year of this education program is not provided.
