Eleonora Ugolini has work experience in the field of video production and editing. Eleonora started their career as an intern video editor at We Are Era in March 2022 and continued in that role until August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Video Producer at the same company, starting in September 2022.

Prior to that, they worked as a Tecnico studio di registrazione at TeleLazioNord from June 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they were employed as an Addetto al montaggio at ViterboNews24 from October 2020 to August 2021.

Eleonora Ugolini completed their education in the field of Cinematography and Film/Video Production from 2016 to 2019 at ABAV - Accademia di Belle Arti "Lorenzo da Viterbo." Eleonora obtained a Diploma Accademico di 1° Livello as their degree.
