Salena Worrall's work experience spans across various industries and roles. Salena is currently employed at We Are Digital as a Strategic Partner Manager, where they focus on strategic planning to maintain partner networks and improve onboarding, retention, and issue resolutions. Salena also creates collateral for partner recruitment and service delivery. Prior to this, Salena founded Skilledin, a digital platform for career inspiration, and Solid London Meetup, an organization focused on re-orienting the web to restore ownership of data. Salena has also worked on the Open Identity Exchange project, sponsored by HMRC, DWP, and Santander, to build a UK Digital ID Ecosystem. Additionally, Salena founded Zonafide, a digital wallet for securing activities, where they were responsible for business development and management. Salena has also held roles as an executive officer at Sparqlycode, a senior teacher at Kingsbury School, and a teacher at various educational institutions. Salena Worrall has a BA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Politics from the University of Coventry. In 2002, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education from the University of Leicester. Later, in 2010, they pursued further education and received a Postgraduate Certificate in Mathematics Education from the University of Wolverhampton in 2011.
