Karina Riera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management consulting. As a co-founder of Alurralde, Jasper & Asociados since May 2012, Karina plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's direction. In November 2023, Karina joined the Center for Latin America Convergence as a member of the advisory council. Additionally, involvement with the World Economic Forum since 1999 has established Karina as a key external support in communications for Latin America. As a senior management consultant at We Are All Human since January 2019, Karina contributes significant expertise. Previous experience includes a partnership at Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asoc. from 1997 to April 2012. Karina's education comprises a BS in Marketing from Golden Gate University, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from UADE, a program for management development at Esade, and participation in the Next Board - Women in Boards program at Universidad del CEMA.
