Ruchi Shah is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as CFO at We-ACE since September 2021, where the focus lies on Finance and Strategy within a women-first platform aimed at enhancing workplace equity through skilling and mentoring. Prior to this role, Ruchi held leadership positions at Simitri Group International as Director and at Citi as a Senior Consultant, where significant contributions were made to the establishment of a Financial Planning & Analysis Center. Ruchi also has experience as Vice President at Citibank, India, where Strategic and Business Planning for Commercial Banking was conducted. Earlier career highlights include positions at Nortel Networks as Business Controller and HCL Technologies as Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance. Ruchi Shah is a Chartered Accountant, having completed education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1995 and 1998.
