Hester Cheng Nguyen is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California since January 2019, Hester provides strategic guidance on compliance, contracts, and general business issues while navigating complex legal concerns. Previously, Hester held positions as Counsel and Associate Attorney at Garcia & Gurney, where responsibilities included advising corporate clients on employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Previous experience also includes roles as Contract Litigation Associate, Employment Law Clerk, and legal intern at various organizations.
