Jason Kennedy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Deskside Support Tech at WCG since July 2022, Jason previously held positions at CommonSpirit Health as an End User Support Specialist and at Unisys as Region 5 IT Asset Manager and Level 3 Support Technician. Jason's career includes roles as a Network Technician at Preferred Business Solutions and a Technical Service Analyst at eTeam/Wipro/FHS, where expertise in desktop administration, troubleshooting, and network support was developed. Additionally, Jason has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of Transformation Technology, alongside previous positions at Microsoft and AuBeta Networks that honed skills in desktop and WAN support. Jason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Networking and Information Systems Security from Clover Park Technical College.
