Erin Johnston currently serves as the Manager of Total Compensation at WCB-Alberta since September 2023. Previously, Erin held the position of Corporate Director of HR Business Services and Total Compensation at Covenant Health Canada from June 2019 to September 2023, overseeing a portfolio that included Talent Acquisition. Prior roles include Director of Compensation and Data Analytics at the Alberta Government, HR Director in Corporate Human Resources, and various positions at the Government of Alberta, encompassing Director of Benefits Management and Compensation Consultant among others. Erin began the career as an HR Analyst at Montage eIntegration. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, along with certifications such as CPHR from CPHR Alberta, Group Benefits Associate from IFEBP, and Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work.
