Heidi Godfrey currently serves on the Talent Team in the Healthcare sector at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe since January 2022. Previously, from January 2013 to January 2022, Heidi held various project management roles at Heidrick & Struggles, supporting global technology and financial officer practices, and served as an Executive Assistant to the Global Managing Partner in the Venture Capital Practice. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Korn Ferry in the Asset and Wealth Management practice and at Odgers Berndtson in the Central Government Practice, where responsibilities included high-level administrative support and client liaison. Earlier roles featured a Medical Recruiter and Personal Assistant position at Allied Healthcare, and a Personal Assistant role at Worcester College of Technology. Heidi began professional experience as a Council Tax Advisor for Malvern Hills District Council. Heidi holds a BA in English Language and Literature from The Open University, completed in 2010.
